Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Curtis). They breezed past the Rogers Rams to the tune of 56-14 on Friday. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Despite the defeat, Rogers had strong showings from Quintton Boone, who picked up 110 receiving yards and one touchdown, and Rashard Boone, who threw for 216 yards and one TD while completing 75.8% of his passes.

Curtis' win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Rogers, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Curtis will square off against South Kitsap at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rogers, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Emerald Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will be up against the Jaguars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.5 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
