Volleyball Recap: Ashbrook Takes a Loss

Ashbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the R-S Central Hilltoppers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-14.

Ashbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for R-S Central, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season.

Ashbrook has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Crest on the 16th. As for R-S Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against East Rutherford on the 16th.
