Basketball Recap: Gladstone Takes a Loss

Gladstone lost against St. Helens back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Gladiators fell 66-58 to the Lions. The Gladiators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Andrew Waite was a one-man wrecking crew For St. Helens. as he dropped a double-double with 18 points and 16 boards. What's more, Waite posted four assists, the most he's had since back in January. Another player making a difference was Danny Moore Jr., who went 5-for-7 on his way to 11 points and five rebounds.

Gladstone now has a losing record of 1-2. As for St. Helens, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Gladstone will venture away from home to square off against Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts on Friday. As for St. Helens, they will host Banks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
