Softball Recap: Pembroke Pines Charter Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Pembroke Pines Charter's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Coral Springs Charter Panthers on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Jaguars in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Pembroke Pines Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Coral Springs Charter, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-3.

Looking ahead, Pembroke Pines Charter will face off against South Plantation at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Coral Springs Charter, they will take on Dr. Joaquin Garcia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.56 runs per game on average), something the Panthers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
