Sun Prairie East has gone a perfect 3-0 against Milton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Cardinals will welcome the Red Hawks at 7:00 p.m.

Sun Prairie East is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Waunakee on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Cardinals were outmatched by the Warriors and fell 41-7. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Milton against DeForest on Friday as the team secured a 42-7 win. The result was nothing new for the Red Hawks, who have now won six matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Milton and bumps their season record up to 6-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 14 points in those games. As for Sun Prairie East, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Sun Prairie East beat Milton 39-27 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Will the Cardinals repeat their success, or do the Red Hawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
