The home team had come away the winner the last four times Campbell and Conant had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. Campbell came out on top against Conant by a score of 7-2 on Friday. That five run margin sets a new team best for Campbell this season.
Luke Delia was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He tossed seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. Delia was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI.
