Baseball Game Preview: New Utrecht Utes vs. Sunset Park HEAT

For the second straight game, New Utrecht will face off against Sunset Park. The Utes will challenge the HEAT at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. New Utrecht is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

On Thursday, New Utrecht got the win against Sunset Park by a conclusive 16-2. The result was nothing new for the Utes, who have now won six matches by 11 runs or more so far this season.

For Sunset Park's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Steven Espinoza, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one run. Espinoza is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

New Utrecht's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Sunset Park, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-6.
