Brayden Riser posted a new career-low in walks on Friday. He wasn't messing around, pitching 3.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. The pitching appearance was his third straight with one or fewer walks.

Looking ahead, Riser and Miami Valley Christian Academy will take on Fayetteville-Perry at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Rockets will enter the matchup having just beaten Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington, so the Lions will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
