Troy hadn't done well against North Penn-Liberty recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Trojans were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mountie. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Mountie recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Troy never let North Penn-Liberty on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-14, 25-23.

Troy's victory bumped their record up to 14-2-1. As for North Penn-Liberty, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-6-1.
