Volleyball Recap: Nettleton Comes Up Short

Nettleton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Lakeland Preparatory Lions.

Nettleton now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Lakeland Preparatory, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-8.

Nettleton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Lake Cormorant on the 6th. As for Lakeland Preparatory, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Millington Central on the 6th.
