While Osceola's victory against Amery wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Chieftains won by a set and slipped past the Warriors 2-1. The win continues a trend for the Chieftains in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won nine in a row.

Lucy Hahn paced Osceola's offense, picking up three kills. Hahn got some help from Kalin Williamson and her four assists.

Osceola's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Amery, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Osceola has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against McDonell Central on the 4th. Hopefully Amery paid attention to the Chieftains' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Chieftains at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
