Broomfield has gone a perfect 9-0 against Boulder recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Eagles will look to defend their home pitch against the Panthers at 6:30 p.m.

Broomfield is headed into Thursday's following a draw, the team's first since March 15. They and Ralston Valley finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.

Broomfield's goal came courtesy of Victoria Choren, who's now up to three this season.

Meanwhile, Boulder faced Castle View in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Panthers won by a goal and slipped past the Sabercats 2-1. The result kept Boulder happy, as they haven't lost a game yet this season.

Boulder pushed their record up to 6-0-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five matchups. Broomfield's draw gives them a new season record of 3-3-2.

Broomfield was able to grind out a solid win over Boulder in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 2-0. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
