Lexington had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They blew past the Wellington-Napoleon Tigers, posting a 77-46 win. The Minutemen have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 31 points or more this season.

Lexington pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34 points. As for Wellington-Napoleon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lexington and Chrisman will round out the year against one another at at 5:00 p.m. on December 30th. As for Wellington-Napoleon, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Richmond at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
