St. Joseph lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Shoreland Lutheran, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's match. The Lancers put the hurt on the Pacers with a sharp 10-2 victory on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Lancers, who have now won 12 games by seven runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Patrick Davidson, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Chris Kenesie was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI.

St. Joseph has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Shoreland Lutheran, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10-1.
