After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Northwestern, Spooner was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They secured a 42-37 W over the Unity Eagles. The 42-point effort marked the Rails' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Spooner has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Unity, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Spooner is set to face off against their familiar foe Cameron at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Unity will take on rival Hayward at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
