Baseball Recap: Parkland Finds Home Field Redemption Against Emmaus

There's no place like home for Parkland, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the Emmaus Hornets by a score of 5-1 on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 1-0 back in April.

Connor Gerhart was incredible, going 1-for-3 with four stolen bases and two runs. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Will Dobil, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Parkland is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Emmaus, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 11-9 record.

As of now, neither Parkland nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
