Basketball Recap: St. Raymond Academy for Girls Comes Up Short at Home Against Montfort Academy

St. Raymond Academy for Girls unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 43-36 to the Montfort Academy Knights on Wednesday.

Bianca Creales had a dynamite game for Montfort Academy, putting up 22 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Samantha Reyes, who posted ten points.

The win got Montfort Academy back to even at 1-1.

Coincidentally, St. Raymond Academy for Girls and Montfort Academy will both be playing St. Saviour the next time they take the court. Montfort Academy will host St. Saviour at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while St. Raymond Academy for Girls will head out to face them at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
