Soccer Recap: Teutopolis' Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Teutopolis was the 2-1 winner over Newton when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wooden Shoes fell 3-1 to the Eagles on Saturday. The loss put an end to Teutopolis' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Teutopolis fell to 2-1-1. As for Newton, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Teutopolis will take on Charleston at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Newton, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Pana at 5:30 p.m.
