Volleyball Recap: Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds vs. Parkway Panthers
Lima Central Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Parkway Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Thunderbirds of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.
While Lima Central Catholic had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least ten points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-10, 25-17.
Cali Bollenbacher was the offensive standout of the game as she had eight aces. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in aces.

As for Parkway, they will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Van Wert at 7:30 p.m. Parkway is facing Van Wert at the right time seeing as Van Wert is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
