Volleyball Recap: South Salem Extends Winning Streak to Four + How To Watch

South Salem entered their tilt with McNary on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Celtics. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

South Salem's got stronger as the match went on, holding McNary to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-14, 25-12.

South Salem was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces in four consecutive matches.

South Salem's record now sits at 16-6. As for McNary, their defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-10.

Looking ahead, South Salem will take on West Linn at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for McNary, they will square off against Sprague at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
