Softball Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

Franklin was the 18-3 winner over Early College when they last played one another on Wednesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 8-1 to the Sharks, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Early College, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Coincidentally, Franklin and Early College will both be playing School of the Arts the next time they take the field. The Sharks will head out to face the Silverhawks at 4:45 p.m. on Friday, while the Bulldogs will host them at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
