Baseball Game Preview: Freedom Christian Academy Patriots vs. Burlington Christian Academy Royals

For the second straight game, Freedom Christian Academy will face off against Burlington Christian Academy. The Patriots will take on the Royals at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The last three games Freedom Christian Academy has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Freedom Christian Academy heads in on the heels of a playoff game on Friday. They fell just short of Burlington Christian Academy by a score of 2-1. The Patriots' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

For Burlington Christian Academy's part, Cooper Kelly made a splash while hitting and pitching. As for Freedom Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 22-6.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Saturday as neither team is afraid to steal. Freedom Christian Academy has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 5.5 stolen bases per game.
