Baseball Recap: Fayette Academy Takes a Loss

Fayette Academy lost against Evangelical Christian back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings lost 15-4 to the Eagles. The Vikings' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Fayette Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Parker Moss, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Fayette Academy's record now sits at 8-5. As for Evangelical Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fayette Academy will face off against Jackson Christian at 6:35 p.m. on Monday. As for Evangelical Christian, they will challenge Gibson County at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
