East Fairmont extended their winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Kailee Haymond. The East Fairmont Bees took their game on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 92-20 victory over the Liberty Mountaineers thanks in part to Haymond, who made all 13 shots she took for 33 points and seven steals. Her evening made it nine games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points.

Kinley Opas was another key player, putting up four points and seven steals. Those seven steals gave her a new career-high.

East Fairmont pushed their record up to 17-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.7 points over those games. As for Liberty, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

East Fairmont has already played their next matchup, a 55-39 victory against Lincoln on the 21st. As for Liberty, they will play host again on Saturday to welcome Lewis County, where tip off is scheduled at 12:00 p.m.
