Volleyball Recap: Ballston Spa Comes Up Short

After flying high against Troy on Wednesday, Ballston Spa came back down to earth. The Scotties fell 2-0 to the Mohonasen Warriors on Saturday. The Scotties were not able to make up for their defeat to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in September of 2017.

Ballston Spa now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Mohonasen, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Ballston Spa will take on Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mohonasen, they will challenge Voorheesville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
