Soccer Recap: Appalachian Christian School Takes a Loss

Appalachian Christian School came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 5-2 to the Fishburne Military Caissons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Fishburne Military this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-1 back in September.

Appalachian Christian School has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. As for Fishburne Military, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 6-7.

Appalachian Christian School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fishburne Military, they will square off against Stuart Hall at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
