Basketball Game Preview: Springfield Longhorns vs. Cheyenne Wells Tigers

The Springfield Longhorns will head out on the road to face off against the Cheyenne Wells Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Springfield has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with five straight losses, while Cheyenne Wells will come in with three straight wins.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Cheyenne Wells challenged Granada on Friday. Cheyenne Wells came out on top against Granada by a score of 36-27.

Cheyenne Wells is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Springfield, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Springfield opened the new year with a less-than-successful 48-37 defeat to Cheyenne Wells.
