Soccer Recap: Central Falls Short of Midtown in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Central can now relate to. They came up short against the Midtown Knights on Tuesday, falling 10-0. Considering the last time Central couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Midtown, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Central nor Midtown have any future games scheduled.
