Basketball Recap: Elgin Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Elgin Huskies came up short against the Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs and fell 51-39. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Elgin's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Umpqua Valley Christian, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Elgin will finish 2024 at home by hosting Pilot Rock at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Umpqua Valley Christian, they will welcome Illinois Valley at 6:00 p.m. on December 30th.
