It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Northside - Pinetown had no problem doing just that on Friday. They breezed past the Bear Grass Charter Bears to the tune of 43-6. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won nine contests by 20 points or more so far this season.

Northside - Pinetown had a senior duo take command as Chase Hewitt rushed for 56 yards and two TDs on only five carries and Sincere Columbus rushed for 94 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries.

Northside - Pinetown was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 252 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 184 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Northside - Pinetown's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-0. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.3 points over those games. As for Bear Grass Charter, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 9-1.

Northside - Pinetown wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 52-22 defeat against Wilson Prep on the 28th. Bear Grass Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
