Oregon won the last time they faced Mount Horeb and things went their way on Saturday too. The Panthers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Vikings.

Oregon saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Calvin Ritter, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI. Ray Hutchinson also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Oregon's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Mount Horeb, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-10-1.

Coming up, Oregon will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Edgewood at 5:00 p.m. Mount Horeb does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
