Basketball Recap: Goodrich Takes a Loss

Goodrich was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 35th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Hull-Daisetta Bobcats, falling 55-14. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-16 back in December of 2024.

Despite the loss, Goodrich still got an impressive performance from Zatavius Bowens, who posted six points.

Goodrich's loss dropped their record down to 0-21. As for Hull-Daisetta, they pushed their record up to 16-7 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

Goodrich will host Spurger at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hull-Daisetta, they are taking a road trip to take on Leggett at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
