There's no place like home for Rock Canyon, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past the Castle View Sabercats 69-31 on Tuesday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 40-11.

Brooke Harding continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 9-for-13 en route to 20 points along with six rebounds and five assists. She has been hot, having posted 15 or more points the last seven times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Aaliyah Maze, who posted 11 points.

Loss or not, Castle View got some senior leadership from Lizzy Mroz and Casey Garner. Mroz went 5-for-11 to rack up 10 points in addition to seven boards and three steals, while Garner earned six points. The dominant performance also gave Garner a new career-high in assists (four).

Rock Canyon has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. Castle View has traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.

Rock Canyon will be playing in front of their home fans against Regis Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Regis Jesuit's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven matchups. Castle View does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
