Lumpkin County hadn't beaten Chestatee on the road since August 11, 2022 but that history sure didn't bother them on Tuesday. The Indians came out on top against the War Eagles by a score of 2-0. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Lumpkin County easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-15.

Lumpkin County's victory bumped their record up to 17-15. As for Chestatee, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-23.

Lumpkin County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chestatee, they will square off against White County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
