Basketball Recap: Parkway North Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Parkway North was the 52-42 winner over Pattonville when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Parkway North Vikings fell just short of the Pattonville Pirates by a score of 58-56 on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Vikings have lost by exactly two points.

Parkway North's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-3. As for Pattonville, the victory (which was their fifth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 3-0.

Parkway North and Timberland will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Pattonville, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 55-42 defeat against Alton on the 14th.
