The Sedro-Woolley Cubs will challenge the O'Dea Fighting Irish at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Sedro-Woolley will come into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.

Sedro-Woolley is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They blew past White River 28-7. The Cubs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, while O'Dea put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Ferndale. The Fighting Irish took their matchup with ease, bagging a 49-0 win over the Golden Eagles. Given the Fighting Irish's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington football rankings (they are ranked eighth, while the Golden Eagles are ranked 75th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

O'Dea found their leader in sophomore J?Shaun Wilson, who rushed for 93 yards and three scores on only five carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Sa'Toray Roberson, who rushed for 54 yards and one TD.

O'Dea was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 330 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2024.

O'Dea didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Timo Sousou and Roberson.

O'Dea's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Sedro-Woolley, their win bumped their record up to 11-0.
