Basketball Recap: Vergennes Victorious

Vergennes lost to Fair Haven back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Vergennes Commodores walked away with a 49-39 victory over the Fair Haven Slaters.

Vergennes' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Fair Haven, they now also have a losing record at 1-2.

Vergennes will finish 2024 at home by hosting Williamstown at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Fair Haven will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Ticonderoga at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
