Baseball Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short

Mountain View was the 7-3 winner over Woodbridge when they last played one another back in April of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats took a 12-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings on Monday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Woodbridge, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Mountain View has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Colonial Forge on the 9th. As for Woodbridge, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-0 win against Hylton on the 8th.
