Softball Recap: Bryan Golden Bears vs. Patrick Henry Patriots

Thea Staten made a splash while hitting and pitching. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 20 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than ten strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one run, one double, and one RBI.
