Basketball Game Preview: Red Level Tigers vs. Kinston Bulldogs

For the second straight game, Red Level will face off against Kinston. The Tigers are taking a road trip to challenge the Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Red Level hasn't scored more than 24 points for three games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Red Level is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Kinston on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Tigers were beaten by the Bulldogs 52-14. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-5.

The win (which was Kinston's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 17.3 points on average over those games. As for Red Level, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.
