Volleyball Recap: Training Center Christian Wins Going Away Against Bethel Academy

Training Center Christian lost to Bethel Academy on September 11th, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. Training Center Christian blew past Bethel Academy 3-0.

Training Center Christian was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-15, 25-23.

Gabi Wimsatt went supernova, getting ten aces. What's more, she posted four kills, the most she's had since back in September of 2024.

Wimsatt wasn't the only good servers: Training Center Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Training Center Christian's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 3-8-1. As for Bethel Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Coming up, Training Center Christian will host Fort Scott Christian Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Bethel Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
