Basketball Recap: Brazos Christian Comes Up Short

Brazos Christian was the 60-28 winner over Texas School for the Deaf when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Brazos Christian Eagles fell 47-40 to the Texas School for the Deaf Rangers on Thursday.

Brazos Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 18-14. As for Texas School for the Deaf, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 15-12.

Brazos Christian will host Hill Country Christian School of Austin at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Texas School for the Deaf, they will venture away from home to challenge Veritas Academy at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Veritas Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.2 points per game this season.
