After a string of three wins, Griffin's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Jonesboro Cardinals by a score of 65-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (58), the Bears still had to take the loss.

Griffin's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-7. As for Jonesboro, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-5 record this season.
