Basketball Recap: Pearl City Comes Up Short

Pearl City won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Kailua Surfriders and fell 69-30. The game marked the Chargers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Pearl City's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Kailua, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-4.

Pearl City will be taking part in a tournament against El Capitan at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Kailua, they will be home for the holidays to greet Kahuku at 7:00 p.m. on December 23rd.
