Football Recap: Tulalip Heritage Skates Past La Conner with Ease

There's no place like home for Tulalip Heritage, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They breezed past the La Conner Braves to the tune of 56-12 on Saturday. The Hawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Braves, too.

Jaylan Gray was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 163 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 210 yards and three TDs.

The victory got Tulalip Heritage back to even at 1-1. As for La Conner, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.

Tulalip Heritage wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 70-0 win against Muckleshoot Tribal on the 19th. As for La Conner, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 34-6 victory against Concrete on the 19th.
