Basketball Recap: Richford Piles Up the Points Against Randolph

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Richford had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They breezed past the Randolph Ghosts to the tune of 69-29. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Richford has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.3 points on average over those games. This is the second loss in a row for Randolph and nudges their season record down to 9-11.

Coming up, Richford will face off against Hazen on Saturday. Hazen will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Richford surely won't give up without a fight. Randolph does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
