Ezekiel Academy won the last time they faced East Central HomeSchool and things went their way on Friday too. The Knights had just enough and edged out the Patriots 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Knights have posted since September 2nd.

Presley Baker paced Ezekiel Academy's offense, picking up seven kills. Baker got some help from Jillian Newell and her ten assists. Baker was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Ezekiel Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-7 record this season. As for East Central HomeSchool, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.

Ezekiel Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Wiregrass on the 18th. East Central HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
