Buchanan had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Saint Francis Lancers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bears have posted since August 23rd.

Buchanan got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Samantha Aaron out in front who had 37 digs and seven assists. That's the most assists Aaron has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of Isabella Gornick, who had 17 digs.

Buchanan's victory bumped their record up to 24-4. As for Saint Francis, they moved to 13-7 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Buchanan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Clovis West on the 30th. As for Saint Francis, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory on the 30th.
