Baseball Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy lost against James Logan last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Kennedy lost 10-4 to James Logan. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kennedy got a big performance out of Isaiah Ebrahimi, who scored a run while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave Ebrahimi a new career-high. Ethan Kennedy also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Ebrahimi wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Kennedy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. This was only their first loss (out of three games) when they post 11 or more hits.

Kennedy now has a losing record of 5-6. As for James Logan, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kennedy will welcome Washington at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Washington will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Kennedy surely won't give up without a fight. As for James Logan, they will be playing at home against Burlingame at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Burlingame's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so James Logan's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
