AA Dulles recap Oct. 9, 2012
Briar Woods extended the longest winning streak in AA Dulles this week by beating Woodgrove, 49-17. This was the team's seventh consecutive win.
Briar Woods' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Falcons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Trace McSorley has thrown for 820 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Cameron Serigne has 20 catches for 332 yards. Cory Colder leads the league in rushing with 443 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Heritage takes on Briar Woods. The Pride are in sixth place, while Charlie Pierce's team is in first place.
Loudoun County led AA Dulles in scoring this week after putting up 54 points on Park View.
